Gift hamper delivery and returns

Delivery Gift Hampers

    We deliver gift hampers Australia-wide with Australia Post and Fastway Couriers.

    All gift hampers are sent express for a flat rate of $12.95.

    Please note the following order cut-off times:

    • Orders placed before 12pm AEST on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday will be shipped that day
    • Orders placed after 12pm AEST on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday will be shipped the following business day
    • Orders placed after 12pm AEST on a Friday or over a weekend, will be shipped on Monday morning

    Orders are shipped using either Australia Post or Fastway Couriers and the estimated delivery time is 1 - 3 business days, dependent on their delivery schedules.  In most cases, customers in metro areas will receive their package the day after it is shipped, but regional areas can take longer.

    Our delivery partners often require you to sign for your order if you are at home, but if the recipient is not at home it will often be left in a safe place so it is ready and waiting.

    Please note that if you are purchasing alcohol the recipient must be over 18 and sign on delivery.  Due to licensing arrangements for gift hamper companies, you are unable to send alcohol to yourself.  You must be purchasing the gift for another person and sending it to their address.

    Order tracking

    Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track the progress of your order.

    Additional information

    Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends and severe weather.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages delayed in transit due to our delivery partners, however we will do our best to assist you with any information you need in lodging an investigation should your parcel be missing.

    Please ensure the delivery address is correct as we cannot offer reimbursement if the wrong address is supplied.

    Refunds and Returns

    We inspect every item to ensure it is in perfect condition before it is dispatched. However, in the unlikely event an item has a manufacturing fault or damaged we will gladly refund the cost of the item if it is purchased on its own, or full cost of the gift hamper if it is included part of a package.  Please contact us at justine@leolovescoco.com.au if you need to request a refund.

    Unfortunately we do not offer refund or credit for change of mind.
